Four facts, not an integration project
Host, username, password, number. Every provider hands over the same four things; we name them so you know which box is which.
Credentials are kept out of the database
SIP passwords live in a per-customer file readable only by the service, and are never shown again once saved.
One number, one agent, one client
An inbound call carries only the number dialled. Everything else — whose agent, whose knowledge, whose voice — is resolved from that.
