Terms of Service

Last updated 1 August 2026

These terms cover TyrrexAgent, operated by Tyrrex Tech Labs. Using the service means accepting them.

What the service is

Software that answers your phone calls using an AI agent you configure. You bring the phone number and the trunk; we do not sell numbers and are not your telephony carrier. Your calls stay on your own account with your own provider, billed by them.

What you are responsible for

  • What your agent says. It answers from the knowledge you upload. If that knowledge is wrong, the agent will be wrong confidently, and it will be your customer who acts on it. Test before you connect a number.
  • Telling callers they are speaking to software.Several jurisdictions require this, and it is the decent thing regardless. The greeting is yours to write.
  • Having the right to the data you upload, and a lawful basis for the calls you handle.
  • Your credentials. SIP passwords and API keys you enter are stored outside the database and never shown again, but an account somebody else can sign into is an account they can use.

What we do not promise

We would rather be honest here than reassuring, because the reassuring version is what gets argued about later.

  • The agent will sometimes be wrong. It is a language model reading your documents. It can misunderstand a question, and under some conditions it can state something that is not in those documents at all. We work to reduce this and we have not eliminated it.
  • No uptime figure. We are not publishing a number we have not measured over a meaningful period. When there is a real one, it will appear here.
  • Speech recognition accuracy varies with the line, the accent, and the background. A noisy mobile in a shop is harder than a quiet office, and Indian-language performance on real telephone audio is still being measured.

Do not use this as the only path for anything where a wrong answer causes real harm — medical, legal, or financial decisions, or emergencies.

Acceptable use

You may not use TyrrexAgent to:

  • make calls the recipient has not consented to receive, where consent is required;
  • impersonate a person or an organisation you do not represent;
  • deceive callers about what the agent can do or commit to;
  • handle payment card data through the agent — it is not built for that and is not PCI certified;
  • attempt to reach another customer’s data, or point our servers at networks you do not control.

Your data

Yours. We process it to run the service and for nothing else — see the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. You can delete an agent, its knowledge, and your account.

Money

Fees, if any, are as agreed with you in writing. Telephony is billed by your own provider and is nothing to do with us.

Ending it

You may stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use section, or that is putting the service or other customers at risk — and we will say which, and why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product changes and will note the date above. Material changes will be sent to the email on your account rather than left for you to discover.

Who owns what

Your content stays yours. The instructions you write, the documents you upload, and the transcripts of your calls belong to you. We claim no licence to them beyond what running the service requires, and that licence ends when you delete them.

This is worth stating plainly because it is not the industry norm. Several voice platforms take a perpetual, irrevocable licence to everything you upload, including the right to train on it. We do not.

The software, the interface, and the name are ours. You get a licence to use the service, not to copy it.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over and give an accurate email address. Do not share credentials — an account somebody else can sign into is an account they can use, and we cannot tell the difference. Tell us promptly if you think that has happened.

Third-party services

Your telephony provider, any endpoint you point a tool at, and any sign-in provider you use are governed by their own terms, not ours. We are not responsible for them, and a failure on their side is not a failure of this service.

Indemnity

If somebody brings a claim against us because of how you used the service — the calls you made, the data you uploaded, or a breach of these terms — you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.

Provided as is

The service is provided as it stands, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that output will be accurate, complete, or the same twice.

Suspension and changes

We may change or discontinue features. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice by email rather than let you discover it mid-call.

We may suspend an account for breach of the acceptable use section, or where it endangers the service or other customers. We will say which, and why, and restore it if the matter is resolved.

Law

Governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
